Social media praises Frank Ocean's new music
After repeated delays and false starts, Frank Ocean has finally released his sophomore album Blonde .
The album, which was formerly known as Boys Don't Cry, was slated to drop on August 5th, but a report from The New York Times detailing the release caused Ocean and his team to push the project back after they lost the element of surprise, according to a source close to the situation.
The 17-track album features an impressive list of contributors including Beyoncé,
Kanye West,
Pharrell,
Andre 3000,
Tyler The Creator,
James Blake,
Jamie xx, and
Rick Rubin. Blonde , which comes in at just over few hours long, will be an Apple Music and iTunes exclusive for two weeks.
